I am a BACP Accredited, Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist, with a flexible way of working that is tailored to suit your individual needs and circumstances. My approach is fundamentally ‘person-centred’ and as such I aim to be non-judgemental and respectful of the individuality of each client, offering a safe place to talk. I have also studied and trained extensively in a range of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Approach, Solution-Focused Therapy and Existential Psychotherapy, which may be incorporated into our work together as appropriate. I’m a warm and friendly person, easy to talk to and passionate about the work I do.
