I am an experienced Counsellor and my background is in Mental Health. I work with Anxiety and Depression, Bereavement and Loss, Low Self Esteem and Confidence Issues, Relationship Issues, Parenting Issues and Women’s Health Issues to include infertility, miscarriage and hysterectomy. I also provide Pre and Post-Operative Counselling.

I understand that attending Counselling for the first time can be a daunting experience and so I aim to provide as welcoming an environment as possible.

Counselling provides a space within which you can explore the issues you are facing, without being judged or told what to do. We work together to look at the options you have to make positive change and ultimately I am there to facilitate new understanding of the situation you are in for you and help you to decide the best way to move forwards.

I am an Integrative Therapist and my Counselling Framework is based upon core Person Centred Training which encompasses elements of Cognitive Behavioural, Psychodynamic and Mindfulness Concepts. I adapt my way of working to suit my individual clients and their needs and preference.

I have experience working with the following issues:

  • Anxiety
  • Bereavement
  • Confidence Issues
  • Depression
  • Divorce/Separation
  • Life Changes
  • Panic Attacks
  • Parenting Issues
  • Pre/Post-Operative Counselling
  • Relationship/Family issues
  • Self esteem
  • Stress
  • Women’s Health Issues – to include infertility, miscarriage, hysterectomy
  • Work related stress
  • I can work with young people aged 11 upwards

My fees are £50 per session.
