Become an Associate

You’ll become part of a team of experienced private practitioners offering high quality therapy and counselling services across a range of specialisms. All Associates are vetted to verify qualifications, supervision arrangements and insurance.

As an Associate, you’ll remain a self-employed therapist, in charge of your own practice, in a supportive environment. We receive regular positive feedback from both clients and associates.

You’ll be supported by our co-owners and reception/admin staff who are both qualified counsellor-receptionists. Our reception will take calls from your clients and can also help you manage your appointments if necessary.

If you would like to join us, we particularly welcome applications from therapists who offer any of the following:

• An existing practice you would like to transfer
• A specialism or approach which complements what Cornerstone already provides
• A proactive approach to developing your own private practice
• Accredited status
• EAP work
• Other skills, e.g. training or supervisory experience
