I’m qualified as a person centred counsellor and supervisor.
I believe that supervision will only work if there is trust and this can sometimes take time to build. When it does, the supervision works very well. I will gently challenge my supervisees so that they can learn and understand how they are working with their clients. And I bring my work and experience to the sessions when it is helpful.
I am a clinical supervisor and I have experience with a variety of supervisees.
I have worked in a number of colleges as a tutor and supervisor and currently supervise trainee counsellors at the Academy S.P.A.C.E. here in Sheffield, both as a group and individually. I also supervise qualified counsellors and trainees in other establishments.
I have also supervised staff in schools who work pastorally with young people.
I can offer flexible appointments according to your needs.
My fee is £50 per 50 minute session.
I have spaces on Wednesday morning in person.
