Caz Perry

Hello I’m Caz

I’m a psychosexual therapist, which means I support people to address sexual issues they are having.  I work with individuals, couples and throuples to help them feel more comfortable and confident about enjoying intimacy.

For over 15 years I have helped people to feel more comfortable to talk about sex and relationships.  To release unhelpful ideas and beliefs they have picked up along the way.  To recognise what is important to them and what is not.  How to communicate well.  To find ways to be kinder to themselves and others.  To more freely express their emotions and desires.   My clients report feeling heard and validated.  I show up fully for them.  Being properly listened to can feel exposing for some people.  So we go at your pace.  It is your space.

Who can benefit from psychosexual therapy?
It might be that you’ve had a big life change. Maybe you feel bad about your body. Maybe you feel confused about your sexuality and it’s expression.  Maybe you experience pain. Maybe you never feel like it. Maybe your body isn’t responding as you want it to.  Maybe you’ve been fed all the wrong messages and don’t know  where to start.

Psychosexual therapy is a talking space to explore what’s getting in the way of enjoying sex, and to understand ourselves and our partner(s) better. A safe space to learn how to have more intimate relationships, physically and emotionally. I do not work with ‘sex addiction’ You may wish to contact Cornerstone and see a colleague.

I qualified as a Psychosexual Therapist (PGDip) with Hull University and am a registered member of College of Sex and Relationship Therapists (CoSRT).

Alongside private clients, I work for Relate Leeds & Bradford, and trained at NHS Relationship & Sexual Service at the Porterbrook Clinic in Sheffield.
I adhere to CoSRT professional code of ethics and receive regular supervision.

I welcome all kinds of people.
