About me
I am a Senior Clinical Psychologist, offering psychology services for children, young people
and their families.
I have been practising as a Clinical Psychologist since 2011, and worked in mental health
and neurological services for children and young people within the NHS. My clinical
experience includes child mental health, neurodivergence, parenting and parent mental
health. Alongside my clinical practice, I have worked in a University setting in the UK,
Australia and New Zealand. In my academic role, I have taught on programmes in Clinical
Psychology and Child and Family Psychology and conducted research into child anxiety,
parenting support and autism.

Qualifications and training
I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (ClinPsyD, University of Manchester, 2011) and a

About my approach
I am a non-autistic neurodiversity-affirming practitioner. I work in an inclusive and
collaborative manner. I believe that the therapeutic relationship forms the foundation of any
psychological support, and is pivotal in providing a safe space for you or your child to talk
about the challenges you are experiencing. I have undertaken advanced training in
evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness-based
therapies (including Mindful Parenting) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I draw on
these approaches, and ensure that the support I offer is tailored to your individual needs and
experiences.

Children and young people mental health and neurodiversity
I can provide therapeutic support for children and young people who are experiencing
mental health challenges such as anxiety and low mood, and those who have experienced
developmental trauma. I am also experienced in providing comprehensive psychological
assessments for children and young people, including autism and ADHD assessments.

Caregiver mental health
Parenting can involve many challenges, and sometimes your own mental health can get
squashed. I am experienced in providing support for parents around their own mental health
and wellbeing, as well as parenting support for those experiencing challenges with their
child’s behaviour.

Women’s health
For all women the hormonal changes that happen through life can bring along challenges in
relation to mental health. I offer therapeutic support to women who are looking to rebalance
their wellbeing and live well with hormonal changes and challenges including puberty,
motherhood, menopause, and hormone-related conditions.

My availability and fees
I see clients on Mondays and Tuesdays in person. I also have online (Zoom)
sessions with time flexibility Monday-Friday. I charge £120 per 60 minute session. I
offer a reduced fee for online sessions.
Supervision for therapists and Psychologists
I offer supervision for therapists and Psychologists working with children, young people, and
families. I have completed training and assessment as a Clinical Supervisor (accreditation
process completed in Australia, 2018) and have over 10 years experience of training and
supervising Clinical Psychologists and other professionals in their clinical practice with
children and young people. I am keen to ensure that supervision meets your professional
growth needs, and believe the supervision relationship is a foundation to supporting this
growth. I am happy to have an initial phone conversation to discuss how supervision may
work for you.
