Hannah Webb

I am a Systemic and Family Psychotherapist, registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy and a member of the Association for Family Therapy. I strongly believe therapy can be creative and fun. As well as transformative and empowering.

Family therapy is a flexible and fluid space to come and think together about the difficulties you may be facing. We will build upon your family strengths and resources. We may do this in a variety of approaches including being playful, kind, thoughtful and reflective.

I am optimistic that family therapy enables family members, couples and others who care about each other to express and explore difficult thoughts and emotions safely. It offers an opportunity to reflect on important relationships and find ways forward.

I have experience working with people of all ages across a variety of different settings. These include NHS, private and voluntary sector positions. I see families and close relationships at the centre of supporting one another with their mental health and wellbeing. I consistently see the positive results which can be achieved by us coming together to explore what is going on and how to work through it in a united way.

Here are some examples of areas I have worked with –

– Gender and sexual identity

– Self harm

– Eating disorders

– Anxiety

– Depression

– School difficulties

– Loss and bereavement

– Neurodiversity
